GET TOGETHER (GT) GROUP
Meets Mondays from 10.30am to 1.30pm during school terms

For young adults with a disability living in the St. George area, aged over 16 years. This centre-based program aims to reduce social isolation, enhance self-confidence and broaden options for leisure time and includes social contact, outings, skills and activities for members.
Cost to participants is $35 per term.
Transport can be arranged at a cost of $5.00 per session.

Meets SECOND Wednesday each month
from 10.30am to 12.30pm at Pole Depot
This group aims to reduce isolation and provide educative support for carers.
