Pole Depot has two 21-seater Toyota Coaster buses available for hire to private or community groups.

Pole Depot buses do not have a ‘black box’, and can therefore only be used in the Sydney metropolitan area, which is roughly bounded by Hornsby (north), Windsor (north-west), Penrith (west), Campbelltown (south-west) and Helensburgh (south).

One bus only is available for use between 8am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday.  Both buses are usually available for evening hire after 4.30pm weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Drivers must hold a minimum 'LR' licence and a photocopy of the driver's licence must accompany the application.

All requests for bus hire must be approved by Pole Depot's Centre Director.   Groups requesting 'Community' status should send a supporting letter with their application to Pole Depot's Centre Director.

VENUE HIRE

Pole Depot's hall is available for hire weekday evenings from 6.30pm and weekends from 9am.  Facilities available include sink, fridge, tables and chairs.  A cleaning fee is also applied where functions involve food.  The hall must be vacated by midnight.

All requests for hall hire must be approved by Pole Depot's Centre Director. Groups requesting 'Community' status should send a supporting letter with their application to Pole Depot's Centre Director.
